About Me

I’ve been practicing yoga for over twenty years and have delved into several traditions during that time.

Through Iyengar yoga I found alignment and discipline. At Jivamukti yoga I discovered the breath and devotion. Yin yoga taught me acceptance and letting go. Vinyasa yoga allowed me to express flow and creativity. Sound Healing connected me to vibrational healing and deep relaxation.

I have combined all of this practical experience into my own unique style of teaching enabling students to translate their yoga practice on the mat into their every day lives.

The power of yoga comes from developing a deep understanding of the self in its entirety. It’s from this observation that we can then integrate and balance the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the self.

My approach is to inspire students to  uncover their own inner wisdom. I love teaching and seeing students transform as they explore and deepen their practice.

My classes, workshops and trainings are friendly, creative and inclusive.
