Namaste and Happy New Moon!

Wherever you might be in the world, I hope you are adjusting to the new world.

I’ve been keeping myself busy creating courses and content behind the scenes which has kept me focussed and present.

In moments when I’ve felt a bit flat, I have given myself the time to rest and meditate. All emotions pass when we allow them to be, and gently let them flow through.

Yoga teaches us to find our inner strength in challenging times and so it’s all about practice, practice, practice.

It’s a new moon in Leo today so the perfect time to release my latest offering Yin in Bed.

This is a blissful 2 hour yin yoga workshop which you can do anytime, and in the comfort of your own bed.

This workshop will leave you feeling at ease in your body and relaxed in your mind.

I personally practice Yin in bed every morning, it’s my go-to practice and it means that I get out of bed feeling great.
